The Workout: “Murph”
For time:1 mile Run, 100 Pull-ups, 200 Push-ups, 300 Squats, 1 mile Run
This workout may be done as an individual or as a team. If you don’t have a team, just show up and the trainers can partner you with someone. Join us, it’ll be “fun!” This is a potluck, so bring something yummy to share!
