Salsa Class Location

No classes December 15-21st but there after, Walk-ins are welcomed to visit us at:

FLUXX Studios 416 E. 9th St

We are north of the downtown area, just east of the 4th Ave underpass. Park along 4th ave, ninth st or at the Maloney’s Parking lot.

Cost per class:

Walk-in Cost per person for ‘regular’ classes:

$ 7 for 45 minutes -

$ 12 for 90 minutes -

$ 9 for 60 minutes

Need paper money? An ATM is located in the “Shanty” across the street.

 Payment will occur on first day at the beginning of class.

There are no refunds for missed classes on package deals.

Package prices are also available at discount for 10/20/30 hours of group classes

 Monday: Beginner Classes 

The below times are ‘general’ blocks of instruction. Genre of dance changes monthly. Check the home page for dance genre and time updates.

It is your responsibility to be updated.

General Session Times:

6:00-7:30 pm- Beginners Salsa/Bachata/Merengue

 Please look at the home page to see the specific time block for each dance genre.

These walk- in classes are for those individual’s that have no (or a little) experience in dancing. Call our office for details on our 4 week sessions.

 Wednesday: Advanced Classes 

6:00-6:45 pm Intermediate Salsa

6:45-7:30 pm Intermediate Bachata

Individuals interested in attending these experienced level classes must first contact our chief instructor for an assessment.

Fridays

   Private Latin Dance Instruction for:

Pre-screened individuals, Corporate Business Functions or Small Group events.

Location: Determined by requesting party

Individuals interested in scheduling a private instructional session must be current students and schedule a week out.

What to bring to a Salsa and Bachata Class:

-Exact Cash for Floor Fee

-A Water bottle and Sweat towel

-Comfortable loose fitting clothing

-Smooth soled shoes (clean dark socks are fine too)

-Dance shoes (Jazz or Ballroom shoes, Ladies heels must have ankle strap support)

-Notepad and pen (to jot down notes)

-An open mind, positive attitude and patience are all highly recommended for class as well !
